NikithaMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hello some kids are slow weight gainers and if the baby is active then weight is not a problem and make sure to give your child healthy and nutritious food in the diet and if child is active weight is not a concern and include fruits and vegetables and green leafy vegetables dry fruits and dairy products well
