#AskTheExpert my baby is not eating food properly she is always playing and bcs of that she is not gaining weight. and I want to knw that nipple is good for baby or bad . plz advise she is 1ywar 11 month old but her wait is 10 kg so plz advise

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist4 years agoA. Hello Mom as she is one year old now you can rather opt for a small glass or sipper over using a nipple .. as those are better options . Babies triple their birth weight by the age of one year and then yearly they gain about 2 to 4 kgs
