#asktheexpert my baby is not eating anything since 3-4days. just milk and fruits.

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist6 months agoA. Namaste Mom Could very much be that the child be having some tummy issue , also limit their milk intake though as too much of milk tend to kill hunger
