Q.

#asktheexpert my baby is not eating any cerelac as she doesn't like sweet food she vomit before the cerelac completes . I have a travel within a month and I was totally depending on cerelac now what should I do? any homemade cerelac for travel? ps. I'm giving her Nestle cerelac (wheat apple) and its a road trip for 3 days please please help πŸ™πŸ»

A. Hello, Fresh fruits are one of the best travel foods, being convenient and and hygienic. you can mash and puree fruits like papaya, muskmelon, banana or chikoo. Prepare instant porridge powder for travel. Stick to boiled/bottled water and don’t give baby juices , FormulaMilk. Make sure you carry Thermo flask,

A. Hello dear parent, you can try other food items also for your bahy. You can give mashed banana, mashed mango pure, Chikoo mashed. Fruits play a very good role during traveling. Also carry formula milk or amul tetra packs for time being. Good luck and take care
