#AskTheExpert My baby is not drinking milk since 3 days properly. She drinks only for 2 to 3 minutes every 2.5 hours once I feed her. Her stools is green since a week. Please guide what’s the problem .

ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. can be gut infection.See when baby has any new complain then better avoid any self medication. Show to a doctor for right and timely diagnosis and treatment. Thays a safe procedure.

Green colour stool is normal in babies. This is due to imbalance between fore milk and Hind milk in breast feed babies. So no need to worry.
If ur baby is active and comfortable otherwise, passing out urine 6-8 times in a day, then that means ur baby is taking sufficient feed.
