at first, please check health issues like nutritional deficiencies,worm infection, dehydration , teething , stomach problems like colic, constipation and indigestion.
keep offering different dishes with different taste and different textures.
for healthy weight gain,offer starch rich food like potatoes,sweet potatoes,rice etc to your child.
give energy dense fruits like apples banana papaya etc to your child.
add dairy products like paneer curd ghee milk etc in your child's diet.
use natural herbs and spices like ginger, garlic , ajwain seeds etc while making food for your child it will work as natural apetizer.
maintain proper gap between meal and snack time.
maintain good hygiene.
