#AskTheExpert my baby is mow 7 months and gain weight 5kg, she was born prematurely with 1.45 kg weight. now she is taking brest feeding, nestum rice and similac isomil. now which kind of food I should provide her?

A. hi, weight gain is okay.. guve ariety of veggetable puree like Spinach, potatoes, beans, carrot, pumpkin. Give Ragi , makkhana, rice, suji porridge, suji kheer, khichdi Give fruits like peach, pear, apple, avcado, banana in pureed form or mashed form.
