Well, this looks ok but avoid self medication. try giving proper diet n don't miss on dose in this. see more you can ask your own treating doctor. i am sure they will solve all your doubts and guide you

This is a completely normal sound made out of a child because kids take a different different sound when they’re excited there a week so they can make these kind of sounds good if you feel something is wrong then you can discuss it with your paediatrician nurse
