#asktheexpert my baby is having nose block since yesterday night. besides nasal drops what else can i give her relieve the nose congestion. she was unable to sleep. help plz.

You can use nasal drops apart from that you can give steam to the child indirectly that also is quite beneficial because steam helps an opening up the nasal passage and it makes the breathing easy for the child apart from nasal drops you can definitely proceed with the steam for your child indirectly 3 to 4 times in the day
