#AskTheExpert My baby is having fever 101 and her mother also having fever since yesterday night. What medication we should use for 5 month old baby girl. Please advice.

Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 9 m old girl3 years agoA. yes calpol s for fever. this for now will require a detailed analysis of the issue and so now it is difficult to say the cause so can see a doctor for now and then can be said about this problem .

If your baby is younger than 3 months old, contact the doctor for any fever. If your baby is 3 to 6 months old and has a temperature up to 102 F (38.9 C) and seems sick or has a temperature higher than 102 F (38.9 C), contact the doctor.
