A. Dear parent, teething is a natural phenomenon which can be associated with following symptoms 1. irritability 2. loss of apetite 3. slight fever 4. sore gums 5. sleeplessness You can massage the baby's gums with soft cloth wet with cold water or give him chilled teethers.
