#AskTheExpert my baby is constipated since a long time i took him to the doc but they ways give suppositories. he was on formula feed earlier now he is not taking formula feed . kindly guide why this problem. will be resolved.

Dear mum lack of fibre rich diet as well as the dehydration always leads to constipation in the kids so make sure that your child is taking enough liquids such as the water coconut water and juicy fruits along with that papaya should be added in your baby's routine daily give curd which is very good for gut health along with that a try making your child is set on legs as on Indian toilets as this process helps to pass the motion easily
