whenever fever is not improving with paracetamol you will have to see if the dosage of the medicine is given according to the weight of the child or not and if the power of the paracetamol is proper.
also if the medicine is older than one month after opening then better to buy a new bottle.
you have to give paracetafmol and also do body sponge and keep the child in cotton clothes.
after 2 hours of paracetamol if the fever is is not improving then you can go for higher medicines like ibugesic or meftal p.
paracetamol can be given maximum four times per day.

You should give it every six hours with a gap of six hours you’re supposed to give me fever for medication yet if the fever is high you can also do cold sponge that also is quite beneficial for you to reduce the temperature and if the temperature is constantly rising then you should consult your doctor once
