Q.

#AskTheExpert my baby is always playful, looking here and there, screaming, making noises, while having milk also he looks here and there. i doubt if he is having enough milk... how to know if he is having enough milk? pls advise

A. Hi, Your milk is sufficient for baby. Don't think too much. Continue breastfeeding till 6 month exclusively and don't forget to burp after every feed. Do breastfeeding on demand that means whenever baby asks for your feed. Don't feed in the gap as it is done in case of formula feeding.
