#asktheexpert my baby is a month old and he often has a blocked nose but if i cover him while sleeping he is sweaty. I am currently using nasal drops

Block nose has got no connection with you covering the child so don’t do that instead you should use nasal drops put a pillow under the head of the child and you can give steam to the child indirectly also check with your doctor that why your child is having nasal blockage when there is no cold so they’ll be able to give you the correct reason and if any other medication is important

Chandrayee MukherjeeMom of a 11 m old child10 months agoA. My baby had the same issue. What worked best for her was 3 things mainly.
1. Put on a romper at night, that will cover the feet.
2. Use a sleeping bag instead of a blanket as a cover. Based on the temperature outside.
3. No direct Fan, but AC at 26-27
