#asktheexpert my baby is 8 months, she is not having food apart from mothers milk.. also her weight is not increasing much

baby should triple the birth weight by 1 year
till 1 year breastfeeding remains major source of nutrition
do not force feed and let baby explore different textures flavours and types of food
let baby regulate the quantity
