#AskTheExpert my baby is 8 months old and he is doing very hard poop/stool and he is on semi solids can you please suggest why this is happening? he cried on doing poty. please help

A. can you please suggest which diet should I include in my 8 months old diet so that he should not poop hard?

A. When you start giving food to the child then it is really very very important and then you should give more of liquids and fluids to the child which is what is going to be good enough as that is going to help in better digestion and pooping with that is also going to be good enough so that is something that you can do currently
