My baby is 8 month old, diet I am following for him is morning two times 190 ml milk, then one small bowl of mix daal or multigrain daliya then milk, then sa me quantity of oats, then half fruit purie,then milk then mix veggies purie then milk before bed time. Each meal contains 2 to 2 and half hour gap.
one month it was ok but now my baby is doing watery potty do I need to worry and change my diet plan.

A. dear mum. watery stool can be because of teething or infection. Details of clinical examination and associated symptoms are required, it's preferable to visit your doctor, for further evaluation and exact treatment or management.

A. kindly give ors(oral rehydration solution) for every episode of loose motion and give simple diet made from rice dal and khichdi curd buttermilk apple banana and the natural probiotics from the curd will help in decreasing the loose motion and if it is not improving in one or two days then kindly meet your doctor.
also you cannot give outside milk and cerelac also but you can continue to give breastfexeding if going on for next few days.
avoid giving sweet sugary food as well as maida and biscuits, zchocolate, icecream, packet foods cerelac.
other food which can be given are
poha daliya upma mamra idli.
give sachet econorm twice daily for 3days

A. But if it suddenly gets much looser or more watery and happens more often -- lasting for three or more poops -- it may be diarrhea.
