Please apply coconut oil and your breastmilk there. It will be ok in few days. Most skin related issues in babies below 1 year go on own by doing the same.
Continue breastfeeding till 6 month exclusively and don't forget to burp after every feed. Try using Babyhug bed protector and Babyhug reusable muslin cloth diaper in daytime
