Any Fall injury specially head injury needs to be assessed properly . In any such case certain symptoms needs to be checked like loss of consciousness  reccurrent vomiting or any abnormal moment or convulsions . Such case needs  immediate medical intervention as there could be some internal injury . Otherwise application of ice locally to reduce the swelling and pain can be done along with some analgesic like paracetamol. 
Recurrent fall injury for a child should be avoided as it cangt lead to some chrobnic manifestations occasionally .
Also teeth injury should be rule out in any such case which is commonly associated  and can be easily missed out most of the time .

hello if the baby is doing all fine then it is absolutely nothing to worry about not a problem and any concern then it is better to check with your doctor and your doctor will be able to guide you better on examination of the same and advise you accordingly
