#AskTheExpert My baby is 6 months old and he got cough 3 weeks back and he got recovered after consulting a peditrician. Now he is coughing intermittently since yesterday night.. can I use the medicine( Ascoril-TS) prescribed by pediatrician? kindly advise.. Thank you

A. it is fine for now .Cough and cold is due to the seasonal variation or changes in temperature . Mostly it's a viral and will be normal in 3 to 5 days just steam as a home remedy for this. Other montair LC for cold and ascoril for cough can be used
