#asktheexpert My baby is 5 months old now. I want to start external food as till date baby is dependent on formula milk. suggest me from what should I start

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist1 Year agoA. dear parent, external foods should be given only after completion of 6 months..until then you should continue to give only formula..baby's digestive system is not mature till 6 months. hence continue to give only formula
