Sunita MahatoMom of 3 children1 Year agoA. it is exclusively breast feed recommended fr 6 mnths ... then solids should be strted ... rice water dal water ragi dalia sabudana cerelac khichdi puree mashed boiled fruits and veg . remember one new food one at a time...
