#asktheexpert ...my baby is 4 month old..she is girl.my milk supply is not enough to her..we gave her formula milk and cow milk mix with water..I want to know that it's good or not? and how much milk should I give her?? quentity milk + water

A. Not having enough breastmilk supply is fine for others. But, it is not recommended to feed cow milk atleast till 6 months as it is difficult to digest and reduce baby's appetite. You can just feed any good formula milk in every 3-4 hours. Feed 220-250 ml per serving in a sterilized bottle.
