RashmiMom of a 11 yr 3 m old girl1 Year agoA. 6 KG seems good for a four month old child rest you will have to check how much as your child gained as per the birthweight it should be at least 2 kg more than the birth weight and if your child has gained a minimum two or more than that then that’s a healthy weight gain
