#asktheexpert my baby is 4.5 months old and he is not ready to sleep early in night since 2-3 days. How to change the sleep cycles.

A. Hello dear parent! Baby’s feeding and sleeping pattern keeps changing in the first few months. Continue to exclusively breastfeed until 6 months completion. Keep Babyhug tummy roll on handy. Consult your doctor for evaluation and advice
