#AskTheExpert My baby is 3months 10days old. From last 2-3 days he is passing watery stool. Sometimes in a day he pass watery stool 4-5 times. I want to know one thing, as a breast feeding mother I have to take care of my diet also. from last 2 -3 days I am also having watery stool too. what diet should be followed and what food should be avoided? please suggest what to do..

A. in a day how much qty of zinc supplement and econorm sachet to be given to baby

A. Loose motion could be becausefr of some infection or if chronic than could be some malabsorption. Initially you can give zinc supplement for 2 weeks and probiotic like econorm sachet for 3 days . For any specific treatment consult your doctor and maintain proper hydration .
