Q.

#asktheexpert my baby is 2years and four months old...she doesn't chew food. instead she swallows it.same is the case with mashed food or even unmashed too. so what can I do?

A. baby is not chewing the food restrict giving and mashed or blended foods to baby.. to develop chewing habits.. give some murmure in plate or cheeselings as the baby will pick and have his own.. give finger foods.. some bites.. roll the parantha, make smiley with jam or sauce..
