give only breastmilk till completion of Six month and feed more frequently for adequate production.
start vitamin d and multivitamin supplements regularly and give sunbath every morning

Yes About 30 ML you should start with because a minimum appetite of a child at this age is going to be somewhere around 30 ML and if your child demands more that you can give more but a minimum 30 a.m. it is appropriate according to the current age of the child
