#AskTheExpert my baby is 2 months and half months old.i am feeding her fm and bm expressed only as she refuses directly.she is taking 60 ml at Max of fm.her weight is low

A. Hi mommy Take healthy protein rich nutritious food including fenugreek ajwain butter to increase your breast milk avoid stress stay happy it also help to increase your breast milk you can take lactogen tablet to increase bm Squeeze your nipple frequently Make sure flow is well
