#asktheexpert my baby is 2 months 15 days old how long should I feed her because I think at times she get overfeed and spit milk. for how much time I should feed her

AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 8 m old boy9 months agoA. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much. You should feed the baby for at least 20 to 30 minutes at one time and try to keep a gap or two hours between each feed or as the baby demand. Please massage baby stomach with BabyHug coconut oil clockwise and anti-clockwise. You can also apply hing water on baby stomach. Also do some cycling leg exercises of the baby to relieve from constipation and gas. Please make the baby burp after every feed. Mother should chew saunf and ajwain after every meal.
