#asktheexpert my baby is 2 month 25days he is having constipation problem all the time.. suggest any solution

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy4 years agoA. it is totally normal for small children not to pass stool for 10 days also and the consistency of the stool is not hard and dry then it is not considered as constipation and no medicine is required

Maintain hygiene
Massage regularly with coconut oil
Give adequate feeding
Burp well after every feeding
Try to keep head up position while feeding
Give ultra D3 drops and calcium supplements
Give seasonal fruits vegetables cereals protein rich nutritious food
Maintain hygiene
Maintain hydration
