ExpertDr. Gunjan BawejaPaediatrician2 years agoA. hello give lots of fruits and vegetabkes and plenty of water to drink daily so that the stool remaons soft and easy to pass. also fix the potty time daily at same time.

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 5 m old boy2 years agoA. Some of the possible causes include: not eating enough high-fibre foods like fruit and veg. not drinking enough fluids. feeling pressured or being regularly interrupted while potty (or toilet) training.
