#asktheexpert my baby is 2.5 months old but doesn't sleep at night.. how should I make her distinguish between day and night and get her to sleep through night

Baby should be well fed at bed time. You should make baby wear comfortable clothing at bed time. Sing a lullaby or light music can be used.
