#AskTheExpert my baby is 13months old but she doesnt stand or walk without support why is that so

A. a baby will start Sitting with support by 6 months of age and by 7 to 8 months baby will sit without support than by 9 months usually baby crawls and in 10 months baby will stand with support. After 12 to 15 months baby will start Walking independently and sometimes it may take even longer but in nbo case any Walker should be avoided as it can cause recurrent fall injury and delay in the walking because thej child lacks confidence of walking independently.

A. See At this age kids can very well stand and walk with support if your child is not doing anything then you should just get a check with your doctor but mostly by the age of 17 months a child should learn to work independently if these things happen by the age of 17 months it’s okay else you get a check with your doctor ones right now
