#asktheexpert My baby is 11.5months old and takes lot of time to sleep. we keep swinging him in arms and laps alternatively till the time our arms pain. He is enough tired and yawning but doesn't sleep on his own. How can we make him sleep quickly and also on his own.

SanthoshiMom of a 9 m old child10 months agoA. I understand It's quite normal in newborns .That's how they function. It's not a concern. After few months they will start to follow a sleep routine. Follow a sleep pattern ensure to put your baby to sleep at the same time every day. Feed a little more during night hours for good sleep. Its just a phase don't worry
