Q.

#asktheexpert My baby is 10months complete and he never takes sound sleep ...always waking up in an hour or so even in nights ....I feed him solids and milk boht but still his sleep is not sound ...

A. Try to find out why the child is not sleeping properly. Is it due to external noise? Then try following this. Start playing a mild and soothing music or lullaby during her sleep times. Put the same song every time. After she gets used to it change the songs. By practicing this she will get used to sleep with outside noise. If it is due to frequent peeing and wetting if clothes try using diapers or cloth diapers which will help to keep her dry and ensure a deep sleep for long hours.
