for proper fluent speech you need to wait till 3 years of age of the child to speak in complete sentences clearly and fluently if its not so then consult doctor to knoknoww if speech therapy is required.till that time keep interacting as much as possible in your spoken language and involve the child in language learning activities using audiovisual aids too. dont worry if other milestones are normal this will also be achieved in time at times it may get delayed..there are variations in children by age for this. . .

Its Completely find your child is going to pick up with passing it so I don’t think so you need to worry about it as of now anyways the doctor say your child can easily pick up the age of three years three years you see that the child is not picking up the word dictionary is not increasing can you can take an advice from a speech therapist on that
