#asktheexpert my baby have gastric issues.. n not takin feeds properly n vomits if takes feed while straining in an attempt to release the gas or to urinate... n he has umbilical hernia too

burp well after each feeding.
Frequent burps during and after each feeding can keep air from building up in your baby's stomach.
practice tummy time.
Most umbilical hernias don’t need any treatment. Usually, the hole heals on its own by the time your child is 4 or 5 years old
