it's quite difficult to tell anything without examination.
once consult your paediatrician for proper examination of the child and start treatment as advised by your doctor

it is formed by many reasons like nutritional deficiencies, fungal Infection,dry skin etc
As baby is too young and as it needs physical examination of your child,I advise to visit your pediatrician for this
please don't try self medication and don't try any homemade remedies.
give plenty of breastfeeds
as you are nursing mother, eat healthy and nutritious diet so a child can get all essential nutrients through breastmilk.
