#AskTheExpert my baby has got runny nose past 2 days and he is doing light green poop.is it a matter of concern.in a day he has done 6 to 7 poop but very little little

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy2 years agoA. the green colour that many times is present in the stool is due to the digestive enzymes (biles )present in the stomach and when the food reacts with the digestive enzymes this can give green colour to the stool.
the importance is of consistency of the stool so if the consistendcy is watery and green then only you need to meet the doctor but if it is semi solid to solid green stool then no need to meet the doctor.
