You can give Calpol drops to your baby and you can repeat the medicine and every seven hours gap if baby doesn’t get relief. If your baby doesn’t get relief in next 24 hours there in such case you should definitely consult with your paediatrician about it because you’re Dr can only advise you will after examining baby
