ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist1 Year agoA. if you are still breast feeding then feed frequently as breast milk gives hydration, nutrition and comfort to child.

initially give curd and buttermilk curd with soft cooked rice, mashed banana are good for stomach
give frequent soft semi liquid foods ones which are preferred by the child like light khichadi, thick soup.
