Yes if you want to start with packaged food like this you can go ahead with that but as a parent I would suggest you to always focus more on home-made fresh foods to the child instead of looking for these shortcuts honestly because those foods which you prepared fresh at home has good narrative content and a fresh made so they are good and much more healthier for the child
