#AskTheExpert my baby has anal fissure as per his doctor bcz he is having problem while passing stool so now his stool has become so sticky like slime can u please help me with the reason

A. consistency of the stool changes from time to time but it is important to give only breastfeeding and if you are giving formula milk which is causing constipation it is advisable to change the brand of formula milk and continue to apply antibacterial cream over the fissure

A. Hello dear parent, you must consult with your paediatric once for proper examination and treatment. You can just help your baby burp properly after every feed by holding him in upright position and massage his back for 20 mins and 4 burps are necessary. This also helps Smooh out bowel movements.
