use cutis talc twice or thrice a day.
still once consult your paediatrician for proper examination of the child and start treatment as advised by your doctor

As of now if you want you can go ahead with applying calamine lotion but this is not a rash just look like some kind of an allergy because it has boils into it so I recommend you that you want to get it examined with your doctor be sure about what is the situation and then go ahead with the treatment
