#asktheexpert My Baby got like heat pimples and red rashes on back and slowly spreading towards front side on chest and stomach.

A. you can apply t bact cream locally. this cream can be applied to all three times everyday andx maintain hygiene of the affected area. if there is no improvement after 3 days then kindly meet your doctor for examination and specific treatment. clean thed area with soap and water you have to just balance according to the type of skin of the child. usually the skin of the child is mainly dry and sensitive then in these areas you have to apply coconut oil or moisturizing lotion. in the areas where sweating is present and skin folds there is no need to apply oil or lotion but you have to regularly clean it with soap and you can apply baby powder if needed. take care of the skin child in this manner on the whole body. d
