#AskTheExpert My baby girl just stepped into her 9th month. how much amount of solid food, she should take in a single serve? I am giving her solids three times a day and I am confused with the quantity of solid food per serving?

Jasmine KaurMom of a 9 yr 4 m old boy3 years agoA. Hello dear parent, do not worry about the quantity your child should eat. Just give her little more from what you have been giving. If she eats that properly then give food that ways. If she does not eat that then just continue with what she was eating earlier. Your baby should be active above all. No such particular size of food defined.
