#AsktheExpert my baby girl is on solids and breastfeed only . she refuses cow's milk and formula milk. is it mandatory to introduce cow's milk in her diet or is it okay ?

A. Hello dear parent! Not mandatory as long as you are breastfeeding your baby and you both are comfortable. Anyway the maximum milk requirement should be around 500ml per day above one year completion. Give your baby a well balanced healthy diet and keep hydrated. Good luck and take care.
