#AskTheExpert my baby girl is going 3 yrs but she is irritable and stubble and her weight is also low accordingly to age , suggest what should we do

it happens because of nutritional deficiencies.
please offer homemade healthy and well balanced diet.
keep offering different dishes with different taste and different textures.
make food presentation attractive
for example
use carrot beetroot palak etc to make your child food more colourful.
it will help to encourage your child to take interest in food.
try to make your child sit to take meal with whole family because children learn more from imitating their parents.
spend quality time with your child.
play different games , take interest in your child's activities it will help to calm down your child.
offer choice but not too many.
I mean ,you can ask which colour tshirt he or she wants to wear today?
please don't scold or yell at your child.
stay calm consistent and positive.
